Room rates shown on the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY website are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals are not included.

Room rates and details are as shown at the time of publication/booking and are subject to change without notice. However there would be no change in the amount for the already booked rooms if the new/revised rates are on higher side.

Some rates which are quoted are valid only for a minimum number of nights and if the number of nights included in your booking changes the rate may also change.

The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress with bed sheets, blanket and pillow.

Once your advance amount has been received and booking process successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation and confirmation of the payment will be sent to you via email/text/whatsapp message as per the medium you provided at the time you made the booking.

You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) (soft copy or hard copy) upon check-in at the Hotel (Homestay), together with any of your original valid photo identification document (Aadhar, PAN card, passport, driver’s licence, IDs issued by Central/State/Public institutions or other identification card or document as the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY will require). Foreign nationals are to provide Passport and Visa details at the time of check -in & fill up foreigner’s registration form as required by the Government.

If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact in the phone numbers provided in the site at Contact Page.

The ‘Guest’ named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel (Homestay) otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Bookings are accepted subject to room availability. Not below than 50% of the amount for the total days of stay is to be paid through net banking/online transaction in advance for confirmation of room bookings.

If you are unable to provide photo identification and booking confirmation your booking may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY an amount equal to the full booking amount plus any other costs incurred by PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY in connection with the booking. Accordingly, any pre-payment you have made in relation to the booking will be forfeited to PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY under this term.

At all times during the booking process, you should ensure accuracy of your booking details (stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY will not be responsible or liable for errors in bookings.

PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY accepts no responsibility for monies paid by you to a travel agency until cleared funds are received in the bank account of PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY.

You may not bring the following into our Hotel (Homestay):

i). Pets or livestock, pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding, any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes.

ii). Any contraband items, illegal drugs, explosive items, fire arms, lethal weaponse etc.

Pramod Bhawan Home Stay reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action.

Pramod Bhawan Home Stay further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel (Homestay) and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the room, the Hotel (Homestay) premises, the other Hotel (Homestay) guests, staff or any other persons or the reputation of Pramod Bhawan Home Stay without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Pramod Bhawan Home Stay procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

Pets: No pets are allowed at the Hotel (Homestay).

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card or in cash for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel (Homestay) during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel (Homestay) property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel (Homestay) during your stay. Pramod Bhawan Home Stay reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof. If you do not have a card you have to pay for damages in cash. Pramod Bhawan Home Stay further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Pramod Bhawan Home Stay reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:-

• the booking has been paid through fraudulent means
• the booking has been altered by anyone other than Pramod Bhawan Home Stay or Pramod Bhawan Home Stay’s authorized agent or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case Pramod Bhawan Home Stay reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
• the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
• the person checking in is not carrying valid Photo ID card or document

• The value nominated on the Gift Card may only be used to fully or partially pay for bookings only.
• If you fail to use it within the validity period the amount in your Gift Card will be absolutely forfeited

PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions of PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY

Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.

In the unlikely event that PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY cannot provide accommodation at our Property which you have booked, PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY will at no additional expense to you relocate you into an alternative property which in the reasonable opinion of PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY is of comparable quality and in a comparable location.

If you and PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY cannot agree on an alternative property under this clause then you may request PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY to refund the full amount of that booking less any amounts which you owe to PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY.

We accept cash, cheques and bank demand drafts. Credit/Debit Card payments are not possible due to weak net connectivity in whole of A&N Islands. Confirmation of bookings will be after realization of cheques and bank demand drafts. The best possible option is net banking/online transaction to the given bank accounts. Payments at the time of check-in/check-out are to be made only by cash or through online transaction.

Kindly refrain from using open flame candle in the rooms. 

The following are not provided in our rooms always:-

Radio, iron and ironing board, bathrobe, mini-bar, tea or coffee making facilities cots, Room safe, hair dryer, fridge etc.

Pramod Bhawan Home Stay is walk-up premises. There is no elevator.

Rights of admission reserved.

For driver/support staff separate (mixed) accommodation is available at ₹ 300/- per person, per night.

Kindly refrain from picking flowers from the garden/pots.

The Wi-Fi speed/ connectivity depends on network and weather conditions. Management cannot be held responsible for any speed/connectivity related issues. Full amount of Wi-Fi plan opted for will be charged regardless of internet speed & connectivity.

Guests can wash clothes in the washroom on their own. You can also wash your cloth in bulk in the washing machine provided using the required minimum amount of water.

Please switch off all the electrical appliances when leaving your room unattended, as a safety precaution. The management reserves the right to check the rooms for adherence to this policy.

Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced a “No-Smoking” legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel. Smoking is permitted only near the garden/ space outside the building.

Some packages and rates may have different booking policies which will be mentioned along with that particular package or rate.

• Meals that includes breakfast, Lunch, dinner or snacks and tea/coffee will not be served in rooms.
• Kitchen opens at 07:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM (22:00), food will not be served after 10 PM.
• Breakfast is served between 08:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
• Dinner is served between 07:00 PM (19:00) and 09:00 PM (21:00).
• Please place your food order for the whole day in the morning hour itself in advance as preparation is needed and we serve fresh.
• Complimentary breakfast includes (Per Room): [2 Tea/ Coffee + {8 Chapathi/dosa/ idli/appu/puttu/idiappam with daal/vegetable/chutney/sambar etc.} or {2 x 4 Toast + Butter/Jam/Omlet(2 Eggs) }
• Lunch Includes (Per Room):, 1 Rice, 1 Dal, 8 Tawa Roti, , 1 Papad, 1 Plate Gulab Jamun or any other Deserts, Curd.
• Dinner (Per Room): 1 Rice, 1 Dal, 8 Tawa Roti, 1 Papad, 1 Plate Gulab Jamun or any other Deserts.
• Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) of extra person or extra bed (if taken) will not be included unless stated otherwise.
• Mineral Water Kept in Rooms and Restaurant is Chargeable.
• Snacks and Cookies Kept in room are Chargeable.

If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to PRAMD BHAWAN HOME STAY the full amount of your booking.

To the extent permitted by law any amount paid by you to PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY for your booking is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

Refund is permitted as below:

1. Cancellation before 10 (ten) days – 75% of the amount paid in advance.
2. Within 10 days and 7 days        – 50% of the amount paid in advance.
3. Within 7 days and 3 days        –  25% of the amount paid in advance.
4. Within 3 days        –  No refund.

In any case refund in cash will not be given but will be credited in your account through online transaction.

PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY website and/or change or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice

All other matters concerning or relating to the PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY shall be governed by the laws of India and the Port Blair District Courts shall have jurisdiction therein.

PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY operates a strict check-in and check-out policy, please refer below for Schedule.

Check in and checkout time is determined by Pramod Bhawan Home Stay. Please check these times prior to making your reservation or prior to your arrival.

• Check-in is allowed from 5.00 am upto 7:00pm.

• Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM
• There will be no refund for early check out.
• If you wish to check-out later than the standard check-out time i.e. 10.00 AM you must obtain approval from property management at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled check-out time.
• Property management may approve a request for late check-out in their absolute discretion.
• If you check-out beyond the stipulated time PRAMOD BHAWAN HOME STAY reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night’s stay at the then prevailing room rate.

For the purposes of this clause “Child” or “Children” means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 11 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years; and “Adult” means a person aged 12 years or above. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced.

Subject to sub paragraph below, one child or one infant sharing a room with their parents or guardians may do so free of change if using existing beds and linen and not exceeding the maximum occupancy for the given room type.

Additional charges will apply if extra beds are required. These are charged at the extra person rate. Extra person rates will be charged on a Room Only basis, unless otherwise stated.

Extra bed costs 25% of the room rent per person, per night, (no meal included)

In our any type of room we allow 2 Adult and 1 Child, if number of persons including child or adult exceeds the base occupancy, extra adult or child will be charged at 25% of the room rent per person, per night, (no meal included).
