Our property is situated within Port Blair Municipal area and also nearer to Airport having only the distance of 6.5 km. The famous and the first ever developed Carbin’s Cove Beach of A&N Islands is also equally distanced from here. All other beaches i.e Wandoor and Chidiyatapu beaches are also within 20 Kms. Being centrally placed location, it is an ideal place for tourists. The Government Hospital, which is only about 200 mtrs away from the property, is being upgraded as District Hospital and the top most G.B.Pant Hospital of these Islands will be shifted here.

                Being situated on a hillock, there is no dearth of sun light and cool breeze. All the rooms are having balcony in addition to the verandah/sit outs. You have a 360 degree angle visibility from here. The scenic beauty from here is fantastic, even Port Blairians and my friends appreciate this locality due to this. You can view sun set also if the sky is clear in the evening.

                The guests will also be helped in getting boat and all other tickets if they do not wish to come on package tour and is availing only rooms. Luggage room is available during visit of guests to other islands. This is free of cost and they can get back their luggage on their return.
