We, i.e myself P.Sathyapal and my wife Smti.S.Sherly, joint owners of this property, basically hail from Kerala.  Though we have inherited properties in Kerala and visit there at least once in a year, are presently settled here in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. We have two sons, both working outside these Islands and are making their own fortunes. Elder son is well settled and younger one is in search of his career in cine field as an actor, besides working in a company based in hospitality field.

                We reside in the ground floor of the property with Sherly’s mother aged above 95 years. We started this venture in the year 2017 which is approved by the Tourism Department of Andaman and Nicobar Administration.

                Though visiting these Islands considered to be a little costlier than mainland India since most of the items come from mainland, it is worth visiting at least once in a lifetime.
