1 | Carbin’s Cove, Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail
| Guests will be received at Airport by the staff/drivers of the vehicles and will be taken to the residence. According to timing, breakfast or lunch will be provided. Having taken rest for some time will visit Carbin’s Cove beach. After spending some time there, will proceed to Cellular Jail for the Light and Sound Show. Will return back at around 9.00 pm and take dinner. If arrival is in the morning, lunch will be taken at residence or outside as per convenience before proceeding to Cellular Jail. Both Carbin’s Cove beach and Airport are nearly 6.00 km from the residence. |
2 | Ross Island & North Bay | After taking breakfast, will start at around 7.00 a.m for Ross Island. Journey is by boat. After spending sufficient time at this historical place, will proceed to North Bay. Lunch packet/snacks need to be taken with as there are no eateries at these places. Semi Sub-Marine ride will take place at North Bay. Will enjoy sea-bath and return in the afternoon/evening. Will take dinner at residence. |
3 Or (3&4) | Havelock (Departure 5.30 AM)
| Will proceed from residence early in the morning. Get avail boat and after reaching Havelock will proceed to Radha Nagar Beach by vehicle if it is same day return. If night stay is arranged, will proceed to the booked place of stay. Can visit Kalapathar also in same day return. If there is night stay Elephanta can be visited and enjoy snorkeling. Activity of Scuba Diving is there for which at least one night stay is required. Scuba diving is optional and age restrictions are there. It is not included in the package tour and the cost will have to be borne by the guests on the spot. Stay will be arranged accommodating two or more persons in the same room as per availability. If individual/two persons rooms are insisted, additional payment as per rates will have to be borne by the guests. |
4. (or no visit) | Neil Island | If desired, Neil Island can be visited by availing boat from Havelock in the afternoon. Will have to stay there for at least one night. Come back to Port Blair next day by availing boat in the forenoon/afternoon as per availability. On reaching Port Blair jetty, will be taken to the residence and have meals and take rest for the day. |
5 | Jolly Bouy / Red Skin Island. | Will start in the early morning for Jolly Bouy/Red Skin Island as per Govt. decisions. Any one of Islands will be open for tourism depending on the seasonal winds. It is managed by Forest Department. Get avail the boat to the island at Wandoor. Will take sea bath and enjoy the pristine island. Have to follow certain rules of the Govt. to keep the island clean and tidy. Plastic bags and eatables are not allowed. On return will have lunch in the vehicle at Wandoor or reaching residence as per convenience. Will visit Wandoor beach or Port Blair Bazaar if time allowed. |
6 | Baratang (Departure 4.00 AM) | Commence journey as early as 4.00 am. Proceed in the first convoy from Jirkatang. Journey is through dense forests. Interaction, photography or any act which are not permissible with the aboriginal tribes (Jarawas) are punishable offence. Abide the rules otherwise you will be in trouble. First get ferry from Middle Strait to reach Baratang. Visit Lime Stone Cave at Baratang. Journey is by engine dinghy through sea nallah with mangroves on both sides and thereafter by walk for 10-15 minutes through walk-way and forest areas. Thereafter, coming back to Baratang and visit mud-volcano and get the ferry back. Take lunch at convenient place. Return also through convoy. Have meals/refreshments at residence and take rest for the day or if time permits visit local areas of tourist importance. |
7 | Mount Harriet & Local sight seeing
| It is the second highest peak of A&N Islands and maintained by Forest Department. Will go by vehicle ferry upto Bambooflat and thereafter by vehicle. Return is also the same way. Will have to take some snack items and drinks before commencement of journey. |
8 | Local sightseeing & Light and Sound Show at Ross Island. | Will conduct local sightseeing. Places: Chatham Saw Mill, Samudrika Museum, Anthropological Museum, Marina Park, Gandhi Park, etc. Proceed to Ross Islands by special boat in the afternoon to witness Light and Sound Show. Return back at about 9.00 pm and will have dinner. |
9 | Chidiyatapu and Wandoor. | Both are beaches of tourist importance. Chidiyatapu is famous for viewing sun-set. No activities there. Just enjoy the beauty of the beaches and spend time relaxing or roaming around. Both the beaches are on opposite directions from the residence. Better to go to Wandoor in the forenoon and Chidiyatapu in the afternoon. |
10. | Departure to mainland |
It is better to have 7 days visit so that most of the tourist destinations can be visited. For 7days visit it will cost Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) per person. Guest may decide whether to stay at Havelock Island and also visit to Neil Island is required or not. If it is desired to stay at these islands, then other tourist destinations cannot be visited at Port Blair in 7 days package due to shortage of days. I would therefore suggest for same day return of Havelock and no visit to Neil Island. Anyhow, it is left to the discretion of guests to decide. For every additional day of stay after 7 (seven) days it will cost @Rs.3,000/- per day per guest. It is left to the guests to decide which places they want to visit. They have to inform in advance so that tickets can be arranged.
The guests will have to arrange their to and fro flight tickets at their own cost. This is not included in the above said amount.
The above said amount includes the cost of their boarding and lodging, ticketing prices of the visiting places, boat/engine dinghi charges, tourist sub-marine charges at North Bay Island, entry ticket charges at Ross Island, Jolly Bouy, Mount Harriet, Baratang boat/dighi charges etc. Tourists do not have to spend even for their water, snacks charges during their stay here. They will only have to pay for their special purchases which if they desire to do. For refreshments they need not have to pay, everything is included in the above said amount. Transportation of vehicles at Port Blair and Havelock will be provided. Lunch is to be taken from outside while on tour whenever it is not possible to have at the residence.
Lodging:- Neatly furnished A.C rooms with geysers in the bathroom at Port Blair and as per available category of rooms at Havelock and Neil.
Facilities: – Kitchen with LPG facility if they desire to cook their own special items.
Television, fridge, iron box, washing machine and water purifier also available.

Guests can opt for 5 days tour also for which the package amount is Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) per head irrespective of child or adult). Guests can choose from among the destinations. For 7 days or 5 days tour at least 4 persons in the group are compulsory.
Destinations are subject to change according to the arrival time or convenience or choice of guests, and weather conditions etc. Due to inclement weather conditions if mobility of guests are restricted Pramod Bhawan or its hosts are not responsible. Likewise if boats and other vehicles are not plying or destinations are closed beyond our control or govt. decisions we, hosts cannot be made responsible. | |||
